Notes | "David is a 4th generation winemaker in a family from Santenay in the south of Burgundy’s Cote de Beaune. He works organically in the vineyards, uses native yeasts for fermentations and reserves sulfur use to bottling. Vines for the Santenay Blanc are located in a vineyard bordering Chassagne Montrachet, Les Prarons, which translates to “long fields.” Notes of stone fruit and white flowers with a pretty minerality on the finish."
