Notes | "Titolato Colombaia is typically released late, after a few months bottle rest, to achieve a characteristic smoothness and balance. This wine shows round, soft, charming character with delicate, mildly spicy nuance and good structure. Its weight and charming nature make it an ideal accompaniment to a wide range of Italian dishes: this Chianti would be happy on a table with heavy antipasti and pasta, roast poultry and meat, or nutty cheeses. Like the rest of Falchini’s wines, it is exceptionally good value." (Winemaker's Notes) | |||
