Notes | "The wine is a golden straw color. The aromas have stone fruit notes, white pear, with some Rainier cherry, wild herbs, jasmine and fragrant honeysuckle. These fruit flavors are apparent on tasting with a nice savory crispness helping to round out the white fruit flavors. The wine is fairly big and round in the mouth. We recently paired this wine with pan seared scallops with a wine and lemon reduction. It would also work well grilled fish or chicken. It is rich enough to stand up to sautéed preparations in a rich creamy sauce." (Winemaker's Notes) | |||
