Notes | The vineyards of this estate are nestled among the green hills of the Jato valley, an area that benefits from hot, dry summers. The Grillo grape flourishes in warm climates, which is largely why Sicily produces so much of it. This one ages in stainless steel and, on the palate, offers a fresh and dry mineral persistence that leads all the way to the finish. Balanced out with tropical fruit and an amazing acidity and this wine is sure to impress especially at its value. | |||
