Notes | This wine comes from a 4.5 hectare plot of vines that average 30 years of age and are planted in flint and clay soils. All hand harvested, vinified in 100% stainless steel tanks along with about a week of carbonic maceration. Flinty on the palate but also remaining smooth and concentrated. This is a fantastic wine for those mixed meat grill outs, a dream with salmon and a perfect pairing with an array of Asian foods. A Perfect Summer Red! | |||
