| Notes | "Lemon, orange, pepper and pungent herbs on the nose. Bright and juicy in the mouth, with clean flavors of grapefruit pith, oregano and talc. Finishes firm-edged and citrussy, with the lemony acidity providing persistent finishing zip. This easygoing wine will go great with oysters and shellfish in general. "This wine was hard work because our growers didn’t want to wait to harvest given the forecast of heavy October shower activity," Totolli told me, "so we had to reassure them continuously and let them know we were behind them."
