| Notes | "Bottled two weeks prior to my visit, the 2014 Sauvignon Blanc already sports a very intense nose with fresh green apple, pear and nettle aromas. The palate is animated on the entry with crisp nettle and gooseberry notes, plenty of spiciness coming toward the finish.
