| Notes | Sincerely is Neil's play on words to show his affection for Sancerre. The wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc sourced from the Stellenbosch, Groenekloof and Elgin regions. The bouquet has tropical notes that blend with lemon/lime pith and a light herb note. On the palate, the wine is crisp and refreshing with mineral accents adding complexity to the long finish.
