Notes This white wine, made entirely from the Vermentino grape, is easy drinking and delicately fruity. It has a fragrance of aromatic herbs and a wonderfully refreshing acidity. This wine pairs best with seafood, especially shellfish (hence the name Aragosta, aka lobster). "Snappy acidity and a streak of salinity structure this aromatic, light-bodied white, which offers a pretty mix of peach skin, Meyer lemon peel and pink grapefruit sorbet flavors.
