| Notes | With hints of dark berries and chocolate notes, this Cabernet Sauvignon will pair well with a heartier meal like rib-eye steak or zesty ribs. This lovely wine is 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot and 9% Cabernet Franc. "Hard tannins mark this dry, young Cabernet. They give the wine an astringent mouthfeel, although the powerful blackberry and dark chocolate fruits break right though. Hard to predict if it will age, but give it a good, long decanting and drink it with hearty stews and meats." (Wine Enthusiast) | |||
