| Notes | This Cabernet is nice and restrained, yet it's from one of the hottest vintages on record, which provides it with concentration and richness. The tannins are well integrated (not a bunch of elbows!). Kathy Benziger considers this wine to be a "double threat" because you can drink it while you are cooking, and then have it with food. | |||
