A White You Won't See Every Day

If you're looking for an off-the-beaten track, delicious white wine to impress your friends, then look no further. Today we're featuring a white Saumur from the Loire Valley of France which is made exclusively from Chenin Blanc.

Domaine des Hauts de Sanziers has belonged to the Tessier family for two centuries. Today the estate covers 85 hectares in the appellations of Saumur and Saumur-Champigny, all worked organically and covered with grass. This estate produces wine in miniscule quantity. As such, we feel quite fortunate to be able to get our hands on some of it.
