You won't see a white Chinon Blanc very often because it represents only 2% of the total wine production in this appellation. Made from the grape Chenin Blanc, Jean-Maurice Raffault's Chinon Blanc is planted on chalky, limestone clay soils and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks with only native yeasts.

This is a white wine of true finesse, at once rich and very fresh with notes of citrus, honey and white fruits. It has fantastic press and has miniscule production. After discount it can be yours for less than $16/bottle!
