Own a Delicious Part of History:
2015 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Pre-Offer!

Today, we have the mother of all pre-sell offers for you and one of our personal favorite red wines for special occasions.

Château de Beaucastel is about to release their 2015 vintage of its legendary Châteauneuf-du-Pape. As many of you already know, this is a vintage that will go down in history as being one of the very best in recent years.

Several years ago we attended a small seminar with the fifth generation owner, Marc Perrin himself. We tasted through verticals of his Châteauneuf-du-Papes. It was one of the best wine seminars we have ever had the privilege of attending, and we have been to more wine seminars than we could possibly count.

Let's face it, it's kind of difficult to be anything but star struck when in the presence of Mr. Perrin. He is a living legend and his Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a wine that captures your attention on so many levels it makes your head spin.

Here is Mr. Perrin on the cover of Wine Spectator with someone you might recognize.

"No introduction needed here.Château de Beaucastel is one of the benchmark estates in Châteauneuf-du-Pape and has been a large presence for a long time in the U.S. market." (James Molesworth, Wine Spectator)

While we personally endorse this wine and have done so vintage after vintage for many years, we have the press behind us in an overwhelming crescendo of praise. Across the board the wine critics have been raving about this outstanding vintage! Check this out:

Chateau de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2015

97 Points Wine Spectator

"A stunner from the get-go, with waves of thoroughly seductive boysenberry, plum, blueberry and raspberry reduction forming the core, while roasted apple wood, rooibos tea, bergamot, and anise notes flash throughout. Has plenty of bass, with a Turkish coffee accent and a hint of alder driving underneath. Everything moves in lockstep through the seriously long finish. Best from 2020 through 2045."

97 Points James Suckling

"All 13 grapes. This has a dark fruited, blueberry and blue plum nose with wide swinging tannins. Some white peppery elements, violets, brooding dark spices, blue fruits and dark plums. Builds from the ground up. Dark stones. Impressive, powerful. wine. Drink from 2025."

95 Points Decanter

"Depth and detail on the dark-fruit nose. Stylish, balanced and very persistent, delivers crunchy, spicy fruit. Drinking Window 2020 - 2044."

93-95 Points Wine Advocate

"I was able to taste all of the components of the 2015 Châteauneuf du Pape and this is a vintage described by Marc Perrin where every variety excelled. The Grenache and Mourvèdre were the clear standouts, both possessing terrific concentration, purity of fruit and ripe tannic structure. This will certainly be an outstanding wine, and it has a touch more concentration than the 2012." (Jeb Dunnock, Wine Advocate)

93-95 Points Vinous

"Brilliant ruby. Spice-accented aromas of ripe red fruits, candied flowers, earth and smoky minerals; a zesty white pepper quality emerges with aeration. Sweet, expansive and energetic on the palate, offering intense raspberry, spicecake and lavender flavors and a subtle touch of smoke. Completely stains the palate and shows outstanding clarity on the strikingly long, focused finish, where smooth tannins make a late appearance." (Josh Raynolds, Vinous)

Phew. See, we told you. This wine is LEGENDARY and this vintage is STUNNING. It's a win-win if we ever saw one. The only problem is there are only 300 six-packs being brought into the state in early November. Period. If that sounds like a lot, it's not, especially when you have every retailer in Massachusetts competing to get their hands on it.

The regular price of this wine is $95.00/bottle. Today's one-time only pre-sell offer for a solid 6-pack case is just $420.00 (that's a remarkable $70.00/bottle
and over 26% savings!).

We were so impressed that we instantly ordered whatever we could. Even so, our allocation is limited and we expect this to sell out very fast. Solid 6-pack case orders only. Order your wine today and you will be contacted when it arrives in early November. Free delivery within Barnstable County to boot.

Collectors, perk up your ears. This is one for the cellar
if you can get it.
