Notes | The Rosso di Montefalco, a blend of 70% Sangiovese, 15% Sagrantino, 10% Merlot, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon fermented in stainless steel, after which it aged 18 months, 70% in large casks and 30% in stainless steel vats. Lusciously fruity with a rich ruby color, the Rosso features fresh cherries and raspberries with herbal notes and hints of cocoa. Delicious and straightforward, its silky tannins, juicy red fruit, and fresh acidity make it the perfect accompaniment to a variety of dishes. | |||
