| Notes | "The nose has delicious aromas of black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant, cherry) with notes of vanilla. The palate is supple and balanced, reproducing the fruitiness of wild berries. Silky tannins structure the wine providing harmony and length. This Pinot Noir is a blend of two spectacular vineyards, both made up of old vines. Hand-picked and carefully sorted, the grapes ferment naturally before maturing in French oak for 10 months. No fining has been carried out on this wine to preserve its aromatic finesse."
