It belongs to Mathieu Deiss , who in addition to working at the Marcel Deiss estate, embarked on a parallel project by taking over the vines of his grandfather and his maternal uncle. His vineyard covers 7 hectares, managed biodynamically since 2013. Mathieu Deiss invents, innovates, mixes grape varieties, and offers innovative winemaking. Bright, with a beautiful lemony acidity.
