Notes | "It has a yum, easy-going deliciousness, never a bad thing but nothing at first to elevate it. It’s fairly loose-knit (though tannin builds with air) and cherried with soft, succulent fruit. Where it gets interesting is the finish, which has a meaty, ashen, coal-like character. It ramps up the interest. Nothing here though is in your face. Go looking, and you’ll find something extra. But if you just want something for the tumbler, then it’s perfectly suited too. In the end, the fact that its excellent drinking and value almost goes without saying." (Wine Front) | |||
