Notes | "The 2016 Terrasses Blanc is bottled as a Vin de France because the Ventoux appellation doesn't permit Viognier to be a primary variety. In this wine, it accounts for 70%, blended with 15% each Roussanne and Clairette. Fragrant aromas of apricot blossoms and melon speak eloquently of the Viognier component, as does the broad, slightly viscous mouthfeel, while there's sufficient acidity to provide definition and length. Drink this unoaked, easygoing white over the next 12-18 months." (Wine Advocate) | |||
