| Notes | "Very unusual still white from Nerello Mascales. The vines are 50-100 year-old on Etna’s volcanic soils. Soft pressing followed by spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel and aged in cement tank for 7 months. 500 cs produced. The Ayunta Terre Siciliane Nerello Mascalese Bianco 2024 is a dry, mineral-driven white wine with notes of citrus, stone fruit, and a savory, saline finish. It is a "Blanc de Noir" made from the red Nerello Mascalese grape, resulting in a pale color but a unique texture with zesty acidity and a flinty quality." (Winemaker's Notes) | |||
