| Region | Italy: Piedmont | |||
| Notes | "Fresh and intense aroma of flowers and apple. Citrine mouth fresh and delicate with a soft finish. Angelo Negro's "Onorata" is 100% Favorita del Roero planted in calcareous soils. Historians believe this grape to be Vermentino that made its way from Sardinia to Piedmont. Favorita earned its name when King Emanuel II declared, Questa e la favorita, or “This is the favorite [grape].” The wine only sees stainless steel, does not go through malolactic fermentation, and is aged for three to four months on its lees."
