Notes | "My favorite in the lineup from this incredibly consistent producer was the 2015 Lirac la Ferme Romaine Roc Epine and it’s a blend of 65% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 5% Mourvèdre that was destemmed and brought up in equal parts stainless steel and smaller barrels. It has notes of black raspberries, cassis, toasted bread and spice in a full-bodied, seamless and gorgeously polished style. While the tannin is noticeable, they’re ripe and polished, and its acidity is perfectly integrated. Drink this terrific Lirac over the coming 7-8 years." (Jeb Dunnuck, Wine Advocate) | |||
