Notes | "The 2015 Chablis has an upfront bouquet with Granny Smith apples and light smoky scents. The palate is well balanced with a saline entry, notes of cooking apple and pear, though the finish is just missing a little tension and delineation. Not bad for a 2015 Chablis and it should drink nicely over the next 3-5 years. Simonnet Febvre Chablis is stainless steel tank fermented with a further 6 to 10 months resting on its lees in tanks. | |||
