Notes | Founded more than thirty years ago by Luis Rodríguez Balsa, Bouza de Carril is a small, estate winery in the Valle do Salnés sub-region of Rías Baixas. The focus here is on the Albariño grape, which thrives and reaches its apex in the sunny, Atlantic climate. A classic Albariño, with peach, apple and pineapple aromas on the nose. The rich, round palate is wellbalanced by a crisp acidity, leading to a long, persistent finish. | |||
