Notes | This property is owned by the Espelt family who for centuries have grown grapes in Empordà . This organically grown wine is hand harvested, crushed with an 8 hour maceration on the skins, pneumatically pressed, fermented in neutral French oak barrels and then aged for three months in French oak barrels. This is a dry Spanish white with delicious fruit and subtle vanilla aromas from its barrel aging. Long and refreshing with a hint of saltiness on the finish. | |||
