Deep, fleshy and resonant, the 2012 presents a gorgeous expression of Dolcetto that marries textural depth with dark, brooding flavors. At the same time, it is impossible to miss the stylistic change that has taken place here in recent years as the wines have become increasingly finessed and polished.
