Notes | An extension of the renowned institute, the winery of San Michele is located in what was once an Augustan monastery in the 12th century. "Better known in Trentino as the basis for dessert wines labeled Vino Santo, Nosiola is a relatively rare variety that, in this dry iteration, makes a lovely aperitif wine. Lightly floral, with bright citrus and white peach flavors that finish with a pleasant almond-skin note, it feels brisk and satisfying." (Wine & Spirits Magazine) | |||
